Transportation Access Program

TAP (Transportation Access Program) offers short term transportation assistance to qualifying agencies and the people they serve in western Riverside County. TAP also provides referrals to participating agencies to receive emergency transportation.

Churches, nonprofits, schools and government agencies may call TAP at (951) 686-4402 to qualify by phone. TAP assists agencies with the transportation needs of their clients by providing:

• Free bus tickets to agencies for distribution to clients for urgent or emergency use
• Information on available transportation

The general public can dial 211 for information about existing transportation in their area. If you need temporary transportation, 211 will also assess your situation and may be able to refer you to an agency that can assist you.
