 211 Riverside County collaborates with the Riverside County Office of Emergency Services (RCOES) and the Riverside County Public Health Department (RCPHD)  to provide emergency information to the public. This includes extreme heat/cold conditions, fire emergencies, road closures, earthquakes and other emergencies.
